Why Did We shift?
Our team wanted to list TrackiPay in the Shopify App Directory under the store management, customer service, and fulfillment categories. The Shopify team advised us to make several changes to align Trackipay to their terms and conditions which meant our team had to make several breaking changes to TrackiPay in order to be approved, and compromising its functionalities in order to be approved was not an option due to the thousands of clients who rely on it. The team came up with a fresh solution, which was to design a new app with the same function as TrackiPay but with more advanced features. We developed "PALTRACK" as our newest advanced version of Trakipay
